I have been trying the Mac SVN builds you have kindly provided to test for fixes to problems I have had in the current official release.
For your information, SVN18298 does correctly process the DVDthumbs option in advancedsettings.xml unlike the release version. However SVN18298 crashes when I try and use the ITV Plugin to view TV streams.
The older SVN17583 build from Feb 6th does work fine with this plugin.
A copy of the XBMC debug log from SVN18298 along with the CrashReporter log showing this problem can be viewed via http://pastebin.com/m17c3a27a
The plugin itself can be obtained from http://drop.io/xbmcdink I was using the most recent ITV plugin which at the time of writing this was dated 17th March.
The tutorial link in broken. I have 9.04.01 build from May 24 and was hoping to take advantage of some enhancements since then particularily in the area of playing Mythtv recording. I have only used the ATVbootloader and am not sure how to get an SVN version installed.
thx again

ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment this is the kinda thing I've been looking for (bugs/changes between builds).
If you want to help debug the problem post on XBMC's forum if you haven't already.
